Hybrids Huajing & Myou doll hybrid/skin comparison

Been thinking about a hybrid potential for my 1/4 myou girl, possibly from Huajing Doll. I'm curious about 2 things:

1) can an myou head fit a huajing body (preferably the v4 body)?

2) if huajing can offer mia pink, does their mia pink match close enough to myou's (normal) pink? If not, are huajing's normal + myou's pink compatible?

If anyone happens to own dolls from both companies and are willing to share pics comparing the two, those would be gladly appreciated!
