How to tint pouring resin?

If I'm working with white resin, does anyone know how to tint it in the pot like the casting companies and doll companies do to get for instance a flesh toned color? Or what materials they're using? I might start adding drops of watercolor or acrylic.

They use special resin dyes, like this one: http://www.smooth-on.com/Urethane-Rubber-an/c6_1118_1202/index.html

I find that that sampler is more than sufficient, you only need to add a tiny bit of dye to each batch to get enough color. The sampler also has a fleshtone color dye which makes it easy to create fleshtones, and if you want to mix your own fleshtone there are the primary colors as well.
