Tutorial How to string a Dream Valley Mantis doll

    1. You need five loops of elastic:
      1. Loop one: for one middle leg and one rear leg on the opposite side.
      2. Loop two: for the opposite middle leg and opposite rear leg. The elastic loops cross over each other inside the body.
      3. Loop three: a tiny loop connecting the tail (via S-hook) to a hook inside the body.
      4. Loop four, or the traditional long loop: runs from the head (connected by S-hook) through the chest, torso, and body parts to the front two legs.
      5. Loop five, or the traditional short loop: goes through the chest for the arms.

    2. I'm afraid to watch the video. I don't know if I'm more afraid of them having giant Arnold Schwarzenegger-esque arms or little sticky thin ones. That person has more upper body strength in one arm than I do in my whole body. When my Rah gets unstrung eventually, I imagine his pieces will be flung hither and yon simply from the joy of finally being free of that tension xD.

      Thank you for sharing this. It's fascinating, beyond just the we finally witness at least a portion of this person.

      Edit: They just like casually pull on that wire like it's nothing and just hold the loop with they fingies to attach the S-hook what. Even trying to get the leggies on my Impldoll I was crying and I needed both feet and my hands were hurting for like an hour afterwards from that wire!! This person ain't human I refuse to believe it.

    3. So that is what the Dream Valley's doll stringing Hulk's arms look like. XD

      Even though I don't own one of the beautiful mantis girls, this vid is really neat and informative as it shows just how complex those dolls are. I feel that having watched the vid will be of some use should I ever in the future end up owning one of the mantis dolls, or some other future who knows what with many legs that they might make.

      Also fun fact the scorpion girls have their tails held on by a similar resin hook on the inside of their torsos.
