Maintenance How to restring Fingertip Dreamland cyclops cat? (Nox-maru) (figured out, video in second post)

I got this little guy as a gift a few years back, already strung up and with the eye in place. However, I only got the doll--no instructions on how to restring or if it is strung correctly or anything.

He's been in storage since I got him pretty much, but recently I rejoined the doll community and wanted to paint him. I found the Fingertip Dreamland site but there are no stringing details, and I see that their legs are supposed to move up into a sitting position, but mine dont...it looks like they should be able to, but the string wont allow for it to.

He IS years and years old, so maybe he isn't supposed to and that's just a newer feature, but I'd still like to know how to restring him after taking him apart for painting, just in case he's not put together correctly anyway.

Nevermind...literally 2 seconds later I found a video lol.

Mine is strung incorrectly, like I thought.
