How to remove stubborn stains from factory paint

Hello, I am currently customizing my Doll Chateau Violet and the tattoo stains are proving hard to remove. So far I have only used 91% alcohol, which was able to remove the body blushing and paint on the hooves (for the most part), but the tattooed parts stand out more and I cannot get them past this point. Any advice?

 

I dipped the end of a magic eraser in alcohol and that worked great! Thank you. For some reason I didn't know you could wet a magic eraser/didn't even think of doing that lol. Thanks!
