Every doll's page just has the measurements, a list of what is included, the prices for faceups, and a few company policies with no "add to cart" or "purchase" button...am I missing something super obvious? Do you need to email them to order? Do you need to go through MoC (most info I could find on the forums mentioned MoC) instead of the actual site? Did they hide the order button just to make me specifically confused and sad?
Try Alice's Collections. They're a fantastic dealer with great customer service in my experience. Some companies, like Dollzone and apparently Xaga and probably more, use their official websites more like galleries than actual shops. You can generally order directly from the company by emailing them using a contact email usually provided on the website, but ordering through dealers is much easier.
@KiyoshiSenshi Ahhhh okay! Thank you! I thought I was just not reading something correctly lol Nice to know that AC is a Xaga Doll dealer, MoC didn't carry the doll I was interested in but they do!
I got my Xaga doll thru MoC (Mintoncard.com) and it went great. I did a 6 month layaway since it said to expect the dolls to be done in 6 months. and they shipped as soon as I made my last payment. It confused me to when I was trying to get my boys. I find it way easier to use a dealer than to try and email back and forth with the language barrier. Good luck and I hope one f the dealers works out for you
I also just bookmarked a heap of Xaga Doll creations for potential future purchases, and am currently researching their buyer/seller process and reputation so this is really useful information, thank you!
