How to make a signature with dolls as I saw many member have?

I believe it's done with photo editing software, like Paint or Photoshop.

I know it's late, but I think "Links to Doll ID Icons for signatures" is what you were referring to? In the first post it links to a tutorial showing how you can make what you described (and have in your signature now yay!) from the icons Nefla linked. They made it pretty complicated, but I just used MS Paint to create all mine - it's all just copy and pasting.
