How many BJDs do you have? (2017-2018)

Ive only got one at this stage but waiting for my second one which I hoped would be here for christmas but I think not now.

 

Whenever i count them, i need to re-count them again

All I have is floating heads so far hahah! Two with me and one on the way!

 

Glad to see I'm not the only sad person with no bjds at all! Been a fan for a few years but money conflicts and other stuff has been keeping me from buying.

 

Yes it sure isnt one of the cheaper hobbies but the dolls are to die for & Id like to have a big count but wont I dont think...xD.

I have a grand total of one. Although, I'm in the process of creating a new character for her.

 

44 full dolls that are on topic for DoA. 1 full doll that is off-topic (Obitsu). 1 head that will be getting a body in the new year. 1 body that will get a head whenever Impl releases the sculpt they're working on. 1 floating head (result of free head event).

I will be purchasing another full doll as well to complete a pairing but I'm not sure of just when I'll be buying him (irrational dolly brain says NOW!!! Rational dolly brain says wait and plan fully. I think we all know who is likely winning the war here.).

I never imagined I'd own as many dolls as I do.

 

I have 14 BJDs. Trying to sell 2 of them. (OY! in another thread I just replied to, I said I have 13 dolls. I almost forgot my newest YOSD, my LittleFee). I'm nuts to have this many dolls. I live in a tiny place and they are all very crowded.

So 10 dolls over 11 years.

 

Right now I have 57. I keep them numbered in my profile so I can keep track of them. But I have a pretty good memory too. I only have my eye on 3-4 more right now, which would push me past 60.

 

As of right now, I have three full dolls (counting the one that should be arriving tomorrow). I am currently waiting for one full doll to ship while I am paying for another full doll on layaway. I hope to get bodies for some of my floating heads next year.

 

I think I currently have 42 on-topic complete dolls.
- 3 SD boys
- 8 MSDs (5 boys and 3 girls)
- 17 YoSDs (9 boys and 8 girls)
- 14 dolls smaller than 25 cm.

I also have two Dollzone Christmas babies and a DZ Fairy. I'm pretty sure the babies are OT, but I'm not sure about the Fairy.
I have one floating head, but the body is on its way from China as I type this.

 

Right now I only have 1 MSD girl and 1 Tiny but this upcoming year I have a feeling that's about to change

 

I have none. Need to a) be mentally ready to spend so much and b) have somewhere to put it. Every couple months I browse through the stuff at Iplehouse (and now Merry Doll Round) and drool over everything.

 

I have 10 so far, one floating head and three full dolls on the way I think I have issues because I just got into the hobby

 

I remember getting quite a few dolls the first year or two... Then I had some quiet years, but currently I already have a torso and a doll on order as part of my 2018 plans - and 2018 hasn't even started yet!!

I plan to keep my collection small (fingers crossed) I don't have room nor money to invest too heavily, despite my love for these guys.

 

I have 3 but about to buy 2 more with new found Christmas money.

 

i have one full doll (resinsoul ya) and a full one on its way home to me (SD beyours primrose). I have technically another full doll, a feeple 60 nanyuri 2k17 head and a april story body.... but they aren't together yet. I also have a second nanyuri 17 floating head.

Update: including that first girl, I now own 5 full dolls, 1 body, and 3 floating heads (only one of which will stay - one was bought as part of a hybrid and the other was reshelled into a new head). How time flies...

 

I own 48 BJDs, mostly SD sized. I also have some floating heads and two floating bodies

 

I have 18 dolls (and one sleeping head) and I haven't bought any new ones in 3 or 4 years. I do have friends who have over 30 dolls but I prefer keeping the 'herd thin'. I've been looking for my sc holy grail dolls for a couple of years without any luck. Still keeping my fingers crossed though.

Currently only 2. Got plans though to get more of the Resinsouls in all the colors lol. Love the Resinsoul girl molds in MSD but not so much the boy ones, unfortunately. I think Iplehouse JID Owen or Asa is actually going to be my next purchase.

 

I have one. An old Elfdoll Nabee. I really only want two or three more. My first love was a Dollshe Amanda. Then I really thought the Doll Chateau Lilly looked cool and different. Then the really trippy Dollzone Tarot Hermit IX. That's probably all. After so many years of this or that hobby, I know it's very easy to get carried away.

 

I have three and I think I will stick to that. I like to play with them, take photos etc and with more, I feel I wouldn't have time to care properly about all of them (but well if I ever lay my hands on a Pukifee Pong...)

 

I have one doll at the moment. Sold two other bjds in the past. Having regrets because one doll isn't enough. I don't want my doll to feel lonely. He needs friends. On the other hand, I didnt like the resin color on the other two.
Hopefully I can get back on my feet and save up for another doll. I thinking having 3-4 bjds will be enough.

I had two for years, but recently acquired a third. I should stay at three for space reasons, but I kind of want a Volks doll. I live within half an hour of a Volks showroom, but all three of my dolls are Korean.

 

I said I stopped at 2.. I saw this thread now and I recounted. Omg, 6? really?

 

Getting dangerously close to 100. I think I need to end there but Impldoll and Iplehouse and, well, EVERyone keeps making such awesome new dolls! It's totally not my fault! And every time I try to thin the herd, it ends up being maybe 2 or 3 dolls... nothing major.

 

In the next couple of weeks I'll have my first. A friend in the hobby said, by this time around next year I'll have bought at least three more.

I guess for me it depends what "have" means... Like, I've BOUGHT 6, but right now I only actually have 3 1/2 in my possession. They're all fully paid for, I'm just waiting for the rest to arrive.

No offense to anyone who does, but I couldn't imagine having more than like 15 dolls at maximum... I just feel like at that point my feeble brain would start losing track and I couldn't love them all effectively.
