Technically nothing terrible has happened yet, as far as I know. But my tracking today tells me my package was damaged and has to be repackaged/fixed up. The package contains fairly intricate outfits with a few smaller accessories so I'm bracing for the possibility that things could be lost. Has anyone had to contact Bhiner for a problem like this (damage during shipping) and how did they handle it?
I had a similar issue. Bhiner was hard to get ahold of but once we got in contact, they were really apologetic and offered me a refund for any missing or damaged pieces of my order.
I thought Chatra was being funny for me too, glad to know it's not just a me issue. I bought an outfit for Jonathan and it had a very damaged part and luckily once the store I bought it from realized it was their issue, they said they're sending a replacement.
