    2. Thank you for sharing! I will definitely use this method a lot in the future! I also agree that an iron is a worthy investment - but for doll clothes a hair straightener will sometimes also do :sweat

    3. Very nice! And I agree completely about having an iron about. Irons are so helpful! I also have a Clover Mini iron (very small tip). I haven't really used it for anything yet, but it seems perfect for very tiny sections of fabric.

    6. I'm, curious, what is the advantage to cutting the initial hole before sewing?
      When I use this method, I've never cut a hole before sewing the first seam. Insted I sew first and the trim the opening in both layers at once, using the seam as a guide to get a nice even seam allowance.
