What did You order? Three pair of shoes (all for 1/3 size - including one pre-order pair)
When did You order? 28th of March
How was the communication? Exellent! I was informed about every progress in my order via e-mail.
How easy was it to pay? Very easy ^^
How long did it take to ship? A bit over a month, but as I wrote before, I ordered one pre-order pair, so it was an expecting time. After shippment my order came to me in a two weeks. There were a small mistake, because my stuff came to other person in Sweden and she has my items, but the company covered the costs of the exanging packages between us, so I almost forgot about this small incidence, it was only two days more of a waiting.
Was the quality appropriate for the price, in Your opinion? Definietly yes, the shoes are awasome!
Did the item look like the sales pictures? Yes ^^
Were You satisffied with the product? Absolutely yes!
Would You order from this company again? Without any doubts - YES!

* How long did it take to ship? About a month. My order was shipped by mistake to Poland, but company did solve the problem very quickly and I got refund for extra shipping and shoes just few days later than planed, so I am very happy how it ended! Customer service is really great!!

Catas helped me get a spare part for a broken doll. She was extremely helpful
