    10. I haven't confirmed to go back to HK with my parents, but since they are going to visit minaland china I should be able to tag along and stay in HK for the summer and go to Dollism. It would be really nice to have a doll meet afterwards. ^^

    27. I haven't bought anything at the last DP because my girl had just arrived for a month at that time.... and later I realized things there were bargain comparing to things ordered from the web!!! So I am really looking forward to the event!!!

    31. Any participants of previous Dollism Pluses out there? I've only seen a few pictures, and the official page is in chinese(I'm not very fluent in reading... Kinda moved to Canada while I was young...). As an aside, I probably won't be in town for this one either... :(

      Last time, we met up at a MTR station, and we took the shuttle bus there.

      But I heard that there is a better way to go to the convention center.. anyone know?

    46. Just checked some of my old sources, but there's suppose to be a shuttle bus from Telford Gardens directly to the HITEC center.

      Unfortunately, it could be slightly out of date(the information I'm working on), but there should be a bus to the place as well. 224M from Telford as well.

      And apparantly, the following minibusses also head to the HITEC Center.
      224X 219X 98D 5D 219P 215X

      If I were still in HK at the time, I would offer to drive some of the out of towners to the event, but I'll likely be back in Canada by then...

    53. I remember that the shuttle bus took 10 -20 minutes to get to the HITEC centre. Maybe I was overly excited that time went by on a different pase ^^; Yah last year the group met at Telford Garden. This year, I am coming with a few friends from Macao. So they might know their way better than I do.

      Besides Dollhearts, where else can I get the tickets? I don't live in HK so I don't think I can get the tickets in advance......

      Everyone will be bringing their doll(s) ?

    55. Um... I actually took taxi to HITEC several times before, and the meter remained the same from Telford to HITEC.
      Also, the shuttle bus is free.
      There's also a mini van from Mongkok to HITEC, but not sure what that cost and how long it will take.

      Just to let you guys know!


      EDIT// Regarding the lucky draw, you have to enter before 20 July. They have also requested for your HKID no. to enter for the draw. Of course, you can get a ticket at the venue too. Hope that helps!

    57. Actually, you can find the tranpsort information on HITEC's website.

      For minibus from Mongkok to HITEC,
      you should leave at Mongkok MTR station Exit D1 and you should see a scenery like this http://static.flickr.com/26/62302188_a770937b6a.jpg
      Go straight and you should find the Sincere Podium --> http://www.solotour.com.hk/html/solo_hot/mobile_news/sintat3.jpg
      The fare is HK$8 (~US$1) and it takes about 15-20mins to get to HITEC.

      And if you're taking MTR to Kowloon Bay station, you can check your route and price here

      The free shuttle bus usually takes a long time to queue if there're lots of events holding in HITEC in Summer.
      So I'd recommend you to take a taxi from Kowloon Bay station.
      The bill is only about HK$16 (~uS$2) and should not exceed HK$25 (~US$3).
