Mihmi just keeps looking cuter, sigh. Her eyes and nose(?) REALLY remind me of Mimi, who I adore, but her mouth is less anime-like. I told myself no Volks MSD's -- I've been planning to get a double-jointed slim mini for way to long -- but Mihmi is definitely making me reconsider my plans!

No, the Williams is for a separate event. He's for the Kobe Cruise in October.

Michele, Mihmi, Suzuna, and Rengemaru are all for Nagoya Dolpa in August.

 

My question is if the VolksUSA website will have a lottery for Nagoya 4's items just as what they did for DP 20's items before?

Oh squee updates ! Mihmi's story is cute... she and Toppi really are little kids! Even though they both wear the same size eye... Mihmi's look a lot bigger!

They updated the portal with photos already? That certainly was prompt. Can anyone tell if Michele's body has a torso joint? I'm assuming it doesn't, but I don't see that detail being mentioned anywhere in the description.

I've been safe for a while now since lately I haven't been too enticed by some of the releases in past dolpas, but I have to say Mihmi has stolen my heart!

 

Thanks very much! I also asked customer service this morning and they said they would. Such a good news!!! I want my Michele!!! They also asked me which doll I will enter the lottery for. Do you think they would increase the number of Michele they would have if many people tell them they want Michele? In other word~ Will they increase the quota of Michele for USA? I just guess and hope. OMG~~ I need Michele!!

I just put in for Suzuna so here's hoping.

I really would like to get more SD17 outfits for my boy but all the outfits so far have been just black and white with shades of gray. I want so more colorful SD17 outfits!

Okay, I've never done this before. If I just wanted to enter for one of the dresses how would I go about doing that? Would I just email the person from Kerby lane or is she only taking entried for dolls?

Depends on the outfit.

Assuming you are in North America....

I believe Sasara's To Heart outfit, the DD Maid Robot Outfit, and Louise's Bustier set (assuming they are available to the foreign market which will be based on licensing agreements) would need to be entered via lottery like the Dolpa Dolls.

However all the other outfits are available first come first serve on the VolksUSA website once they arrive (which is usually 2-3 months after the Dolpa occurs in Japan.) Kerbey Lane and WLD will also be selling the outfits based on the stock Volks sends them. Again, I'm pretty sure it is first come/first serve once the outfits are in stock.

You can also try the AE for things. Personally, with the dollar to yen ratio where it currently is, VolksUSA/Kerbey Lane/WLD might have lower prices than getting things through the AE, but the AE is probably faster.

Maybe it has changed, but when I entered it was send money after you get confirmation.

RE: outfits - Volks has told me we will not get the outfit offering until after the dolls are released, same as always. Kerbey Lane has always received the outfit offer about a month or so after. If people send me their request I am entering their name. Winning names will be notified when the time comes because by then they may have gotten the outfits throught Volks.

Yes, Volks doesn't usually start taking names until the day of the Dolpa in Japan. Presumably We Love Dolls might be taking names now as well.

 

Mihmi reminds me of Luna, she's very cute and i love that name!

I love Michelle too, yeah I agree with everyone--he's not going to get a girl dressed like that. But I do love the outfit! I hope I can snag it from the marketplace sometime in the future without making my wallet shrivel up anymore than it has ><. The outfit looks very ouji-loli (especially the pants, they look like their from Alice and the Pirates~)

Ahh, Mihmi is so cute, I think she's one of the best MSD molds! She reminds me a bit of School B actually, though it might just be the angle of the photos. Either way, she's adorable... I doubt I'll try for her, but I have a while to change my mind!

Michele seems to be a very versatile mold (gender wise). It'll be wonderful to see some girl (and boy) Michele around DoA~
I am now most definitely obsessed with his outfit, I think the instead of boots the outfit should of had black rocking horse shoes. But I'm guessing the boots created some masculine touch of some kind...

 

I am certain that there are some Micheles floating around on DoA as both genders from the previous release. I personally like the mold as a girl.
