    1. Hello! You can call me Hammy or Danni, whichever you'd prefer:3nodding: I just turned 17 this month, and my parents finally let me create an account here! I currently own one BJD, a Doll Family H Yue Jian that I named Rusty, and I've had him for about a year. I did his faceup myself!

      Here's a bit about me: I like drawing, making music, and creative writing. I also really like video games. My current favorite one is Team Fortress 2. I'm planning on making the next doll I own look like one of the characters! I love animals a lot and I have four pets-- two cats, a dog, and a parrot.

      I'm very glad to be able to meet other BJD lovers, as not a lot of my friends understand why I like them so much. Thanks for having me :blush

      I'm sure we'd all love to see some pictures of Rusty if you get a chance. Which TF2 character are you planning on shelling?

    6. Welcome! I just saw your profile for Rusty and he looks great - very nice freckles! What a cute sculpt he is - it isn't that often that I see smiling sculpts that look nice.

      I hope that you will enjoy being here on DOA and will have fun exploring what is available! When I first discovered it I think I ended up reading all the threads on my favorite sculpts at least 2-3 times each haha. There is so much information here - some very important (such as how to handle resin safely in terms of sanding, etc.) - and there are so many ways to participate.

      Good luck on shelling your TF2 character - I always think shelling characters from games is a really fun idea (the idea of playing the game while the character sits beside you is pretty cool)!
