Specific Doll Help with Doll Identification

Oh, I recognize this kiddo! I definitely saw this head on weibo, so it's likely a Chinese artist sculpt. I don't remember what the artist was called though, I'll have to look and see if I can hunt them down.

EDIT: It's almost definitely an artist called 桃源kaji, but I can't find if they have a taobao or any other avenue through which they sell their dolls internationally.

 

I know this doll, her name is Nian Hua, spell in Chinese is 年画, which means new year poster. I remember it was sold out.
