Help please - Photoshop Idiot here.

I was wondering if someone could help me 'shop away the stray hair in this picture... or at least give me some tips. I have Adobe Photoshop CS. I've tried the eyedropper, blur tool and a lot of other things but nothing seems to be working. Please help? I'll love you forever.

And um... perhaps a small warning for SD/Tiny questionable goings on in image...

I realised I'd been using a too small brush. Duh.

And I couldn't even find the transparency option, but this is what I have so far:

Not all that great, but it'll do for now. I'll continue experimenting tomorrow...
