Wanted Help Looking for Artists for Outfit

Hey, guys, so I know a lot of you have been around the block commission-wise plenty of times, so I'm curious about something.

I've been looking for someone to do a very simple outfit for my Ringdoll Raven--essentially just a knit vest, a longsleeve button-up, argyle socks and white dress slacks. I'm not bothered by shoes, because those are easy enough to buy on their own, and I can probably find a belt for the slacks. So, basically, I'm looking to dress him like your run-of-the-mill snooty polo club guy XD

Basically, my question is this: does anyone know of who takes commissions who'd be able to take on this kind of request? It seems like more fantasy-oriented artists don't dabble much in this style, so they don't take comms for them. Anyone you could recommend would be appreciated!

I'm also located in the US for reference, but I'd done plenty of orders from overseas as well. If you all would want me to provide pics, I can do that as well~
