Specific Doll Help Identifying 2 Secondhand Dolls

    1. Hello there! Someone in my friendgroup was in the hobby quite a few years ago and I recently bought two dolls from her that were in long-term storage. It's been long enough that she doesn't remember what models they are or where they're from- and she's currently in the middle of moving so it'll understandably be a while before she's able to look for any CoAs attached. Any help IDing these in the meantime would be so appreciated!

      Both are roughly ~58cm head to toe.

      The first, paler one is a hybrid and has been modded to have the chest sanded off- I'm pretty sure this one is from leekeworld, but not sure which model and have no idea where where the head is from.

      EDIT: head is likely a Little Monica Chloe and body is either a Little Monica Harmony or DollLeeke L Type-Girl Body :dance

      The second one.... i have no idea if it's a hybrid lol. so any ideas would help.

      EDIT: Body has been identified as spiritdoll elegance and the head is likely a sadol whee or mu-a!

    2. The sculpting of the chest, and stomach area of the second doll reminds me of Spiritdoll. You can see part of their 60cm body if you scroll all the way down on this page.

      Edit: Looking at these pictures I definitely think the second body is a Spiritdoll Elegance body.

      Not sure about the head you have unfortunately.

    4. Are there any markings on the back or insides of the heads? (If there were any pictures of them in the link, sorry; it's just taking me to Imgur's home page.)

    5. Gah, thanks for the heads up! Just fixed the link. Unfortunately I don't have any at the moment- these images were the only ones she had on hand as the dolls are still in storage. :pout:

    6. Add them when you get the chance if they're not identified yet. Those can be hugely helpful in IDing dolls!
      (Sadly, I'm not likely to be any help with older bodies; I got into the hobby too late to be able to distinguish even likely makers.)

    7. Hmm... The first doll reminds me of little Monica chloe. the other doll head kind of reminds me of... One of Sadols boys...

      Eta: I realize my links were messed up.

      Looking at the girl head more, I don't think she's little Monica chloe. But I feel the boy is sadol whee.

    8. Oh I think you're right on the money with the Sadol sculpt! She definitely bought a few from that brand so there's a very good chance that's it. Thank you so much! :celebrate

      Crobidoll's yeon-ha was another suggestion for the first one so definitely getting closer. lol the identification powers of the community are so good :whee:

    9. I've got a Yeon-Ha and the first is definitely not that; the mouth is wrong. I could see it being Chloe, but there's not enough contrast in the photos for me to be 100% sure.

    10. I almost want to say that the first head is a Soom Beryl head, just by the shape of the mouth and nose? The eyes don't seem quite right though...

    11. The first one I'm very sure is a Little Monica head. The ears are a give-away.
      So I'd agree on Chloe. The nose looks a bit too round though, so perhaps it has been modded too, and that's why it's not so easy to tell?

    12. Oh let me ask her! Looking at the eyes and mouth look like a really good match for chloe- beryl's eyes and mouth seem just a liiiiittle more down turned than the sculpt. Thank you! :dance

    13. Adding in: I noticed the little difference in rounding on the nose as well, but with how many Alans I have I've noticed a difference in sharpness on the nose bridge between several of them. I'm pretty sure slight variations are normal as molds break down a little before being replaced, or maybe between different molds even from the same master (although a caster could confirm that better than any hobbyist's observations).
