hello hello!

pretty new to the hobby, I have two MSD dollleaves that I love! (currently in their boxes after moving last month...)

I have some small sewing skills and other DIY skills that I want to use to try and make them more elaborate outfits than they have right now, as well as do some body blushing/painting on them since they're based on characters i have with a friend, and I want to try making props for them to use as well. I hope I can get them at least a bit more dressed before Fall hits big here so that I can take some nice photos with them with fall leaves

 

Yes, thanks for asking! They're both from a Chinese-inspired fantasy/xianxia setting, and one of them is a ghost king, while the other is a jiangshi/vampire. The king is obsessed with revenge on the prince who killed them, and the jiangshi raises venomous insects in his body, so I want to do some body painting on both of them once I'm more confident in my skills.

Thank you! I'm still definitely figuring out doll scale, and what I can get my machine to do, but once I am fully unpacked from the move I will definitely try and finish some projects to share.
