    1. Hey there!

      I'm Xara, an artist from the middle of Europe.
      I've just rediscovered the hobby after getting one of those tiny blind box dolls. I've been interested in BJDs since I was around 14-15, so pretty much half my life. *_* Never really had the money, so even tried sculpting my own back in the day and failed miserable. Only recently realised that I actually have the adult money to spend. My first doll just arrived a few weeks ago (Ringdoll Guo Jia) after a surprisingly short wait time. Yay!
      Apart from newbie doll collector, I'm also an avid gamer, whether it be video games (from Animal Crossing to Elden Ring) or tabletop rpgs like DnD.
      I currently work at a game studio as a 2d animator, and in my free time giving another chance to making my own doll, this time learing how to sculpt in blender. Once confident enough I'll try to document and share my journey.
      I'm not the most talkative person, so I'll most likely be a lurker on the forums. However I wanted to say hi!

    3. Hello and welcome! Your first doll is so exciting! if you're creating your own doll, be sure and check out the Wrokshop Tab . You'll find lots of info there. I hope you have fun here and share some photos of your doll.
