    1. Hi! You can call me Nan. I have admired and enjoyed bjds for a very long time, since I was exposed to them at a fairly young age. I never thought to have one on my own, but thanks to a fellow bjd friend gently encouraging me— and with no small amount of selling items and saving money— I am buying my first bjd today! She will be a tan Fairyland Rendia a-line sculpt, and she already has a name and backstory. Mostly because I’m using an OC, haha.

    2. Welcome Nan. I too reside in rainy Washington. At least it's warmed up a bit recently. Welcome to this forum and congrats on your first doll. I have a grand daughter who goes by Nano as she was a wee one for many years, born near Christmas hence christened Natalie Noel.
      I think you will find lots of help on this forum to enjoy the many facets of this hobby.
