Hello from a resin stained design student

Hello all! I've been meaning to get around to joining for a while after DOA closed the makers forum. I'm an industrial design student and i live in Milton Keynes.

My dolls are Brandycat and Midori, or the first two iterations of my learning process!

Brandycat is a very basic attempt at dollmaking. At around 10cm he's pretty tiny and wonky but he does stand up after a fashion and he has some home-made clothes and a dreamy expression. You can see him here:

Midori is a sculpy satyr made after a week of sleepless nights last summer. I've made three resin versions of him so since then, he took a lot of trial and error. I'm pretty proud of him! He's pretty tiny too, 22cm of satyr goodness. You can see his sculpt here:

My new doll will be called Noor, and hopefully she'll be a bit bigger if more chibified. I'm hoping to get some magnetic action going, and to experiment with some anthro parts. I've got as far as the initial sketches, but i'm still pretty excited about her!

I'm thinking i'l make him even darker, the lady i'm making him for wants himto look sneaky and sinister. I'll do something with the horns/hooves/tail too, paint them with a black tip perhaps?
