Ordering Having trouble contacting Spiritdoll

Heyo!

I want to ask Spiritdoll a question about resin matching (mostly if they even offer it anymore), but I just can't seem to get in contact with them!
Their website, spiritdoll.net, has been a hot mess WIP for a while, without even having their socials properly linked. So far I've tried what once was their e-mail address ([email protected]), messaging them on Facebook, Instagram, and Weibo, and even asking Christina from Clover-Singing for help (she told me they don't carry Spiritdoll anymore), but to no avail.
I reckon trying Alice's Collections or other dealers would be my next step, but I'd rather contact Spiritdoll personally, since resin matching would involve me sending a colour sample to them. Three years back I tried to do exactly that, but sadly my colour sample got lost in the mail and then I sold the head I wanted to have a body matched to anyway, so everything fizzled out. But now I'm in the need for a proper body again!

Hope someone has an idea what else to try!
