Materials Has anyone tried Amaco self hardening clay?

Lately I've been really into ceramic clay (It seems to dry a lot faster, is a lot stiffer, and I like how its not elastic and blends well) and was wondering if anyone has tried the Amaco self hardening clay, and how close is it to ceramic clay. How durable is it compared to ladoll clay, and whether or not its safe to sand (I've heard that ceramic clay dust can be hazardous)? I would give it a try and do more in depth research but unfortunately i am not in the states right now and it is not available here.
