I bought some items to them recently about 4 days ago, I did receive the order email, but when i checked my prepaid card if they charged it, it didn't show up .
In my experience, ordering online from retailers, they do not charge your card until the order is shipped. Sometimes that takes two or three business days (Monday-Friday), more or less. Usually, I will receive an order confirmation by email, that my order has been received. Many times, I also receive an email letting me know that the order has shipped, and my card has been charged. YMMV. (Your Mileage May Vary)
I see, I was really worried since I ordered it on a teusday and havent heard from them other than the order email, so I will probably wait till monday
I've had trouble ordering from Miniworld because they don't tell you if something is backordered, they just don't charge your card for it. They also will cancel your backorders without letting you know. Not good communcators.
I had the same experience i was suppose to order some s-hooks, eye sizers, a doll stand, and cloth for the wig cap, and i called to check only finding out that the cloth is the only thing available.
Sorry to come to late to this post. I will NOT recommend to buy from Miniworld dolls, and will say that they simply should close their Store as they don't have much of the things they offer for sale. Second they have a horrible service just as Noah said, they won't let you know anything about your Order!! Won't answer e-mails AT ALL, and lately won't even answer their 3 o 4 phone #s they have. I was disappointing with my last 3 orders I keep giving them a chance but by now I quit, will go anywhere else to get stuff for my Dolls, and totally will not send any friend of mine to shop in that Store. By the way I sent them and e-mail letting them know all of these and guess what? .... they never answer
