Guys Haru just posted that the first batch of orders are shipping next week my guess is that he will ship out the first batch of painted Majis along with the other blank haru dolls

 

I just need my 2nd invoice!!!

Can't wait to see everyone's dolls. I'm kicking myself for not getting in on this preorder, but I've got my money waiting for the one in July! Pretty sure I'll end up with Maji, but that eyelid on E Minor is so pretty.

 

I got Maji this preorder and hoping i don’t like the full E-Minor doll because it is calling my name and i already waiting on two dolls! New to this hobby and its becoming an addiction lol help!

 

I feel your pain! Maji was the first doll I ordered and I already have two more on layaway...

Question: As far as the 2nd payment is concerned has anyone had issues with the conversion?

 

For those who sent their final layaway payment, and are from the U.S., what value did you guys put (if you would not mind sharing). I know customs is not too bad here in the states but i’m not sure what would be an acceptable amount?

If you are in the US there is no customs charge on dolls. The package should always be marked as full value for insurance if something is damaged in transit.

 

Aah I didn't get my second invoice yet!! I did order on the last day tho because I couldn't make my mind.. I'll wait... and wait..

So they're being shipped in batches? I'm probably in the last one .. the wait is sooo long I just wanna get her home already!

But there were something I didn't undertand in Haru's mail. I didn't use layaway and he wrote this:

Does anyone know what he means? I can't go back and change my note on Paypal.
I know I can ask Haru, but I wanted to ask here first, if that could give me a faster answer.

I ordered mine on the first day of preorder with faceup, paid as soon as I got my order, and I'm still in the 2nd batch. I think it depends on what order Bliss painted the faceup dolls. Still haven't received my email for 2nd payment... has anyone in the 2nd batch received an email for the layaway payment yet?

 

Takes about as long as Priority mail takes to travel within the US. So about 3-5 days (sometimes faster, sometimes slower—it usually takes no longer than a week though).

I ordered with a faceup and my Maji is shipping next week!! I believe it depends on the ones Blisslacosta finished first. My faceup is extremely similar to the original ones so that might be why it was in the first batch...

 

I also got the email that mine would be shipping next week. I'm so excited! I saw the latest pics of E-Minor and I see that he is sculpting a body for her. I'm glad because she may have to come home with me as well and with her own body I won't feel like i have the same doll all over again.

 

I ordered early in the pre-order period, without faceup and paid in full and I still haven't received any notice, so I'm assuming I'm not until the second batch

 

I emailed Haru because I'm impatient and he replied that my second invoice isn't coming until the beginning of June ! So I have to wait another month for my Maji! (I ordered on Jan 30 and no face up)

Well I hope I get to admire all of your Maji that are shipping this week..!

 

Haven't received invoice yet!! Last thing I checked, my girlie was in the second batch...

You might just get an email with the tracking number when she is ready if you paid in full. I am not sure if Haru send an invoice to everyone from the first batch or just to people who did layaway.

 

Is E Minor okay to talk about in this thread? I believe she is the same size as Maji! Haru has been posting more pictures of her, I love her a lot!

 

This whole process has been a little stressful (responding to emails is not Haru's strength at all), compounded of course because manufacture and shipment was delayed and I am moving cross country at the same time as the new shipment dates. The only reason I am not panicked is that I insisted that I pay without the friends option in PayPal, so that I would be protected if anything goes wrong. Money well spent. That being said, can't wait to see everyone's dolls.

Is this your first dolly?? This was a long wait. But I always take into consideration that he nor his wife speak English and it must be a nightmare on their end. I’m happy for his success.

I was going a little crazy looking for the shipping notice lol I did feel better after the progress photo he posted on Flickr. For those who do not follow him there, today he posted a photo with the Majis prior to assembling... There where a lot of doll though...so it might be until the end of the week that he ships

 

I hope we can talk about E-minor here, too! Ever since Haru showed off the first “draft” version of her face sculpt, I was sold on that doll. And over the weekend he showed the draft version of the body, and I’m totally in love.

He says that the next preorder will be late summer, so I have time to save up. It sounds like I might have a lot more time between ordering and receiving than is usual for him - I hope that the slowdown this time was caused by an unexpected high volume of orders, and not any other problems.

 

I'm also interested of the E-minor! Love the grumpy/pouty look that she has

I think that one of the reasons he is delayed and the original schedule didn't work is because of the high demand of his casting services. There has been very big orders he had to make and he might have taken a little bit too much work at once. He has become very popular among the artist and many want to use his services because of the skills and craftsmanship he has.
And then his son was also pretty sick two months ago and he was worried about him and didn't work at that time.

Hopefully everyone gets their Majis soon though!

 

I’ve been torn with E-Minor...a while back I thought her face was a little young but now with the body i’m loving her all over again...currently waiting on my Maji but i might start saving for e-minor as well

 

I did email haru about shipping and tracking. He stated to me he would have that info hopefully by Friday.

 

Oh no, when was this? I thought first batch was to be shipped this week, not that we would get info on Friday about shipping.

 

I'm confused as well myself.

 

Last I heard he is not fluent in english...maybe that is why...as far as I know they were supposed to be shipped this week...maybe by friday he will email tracking info? Fingers crossed because i really want my Maji home lol

 

I also paid the first day, so I'm kind of sad shes in the 2nd batch, but oh well...

 

I saw his Instagram, the 2nd batch wont be shipped until mid-June. Sad, I dont know if mine is in the 2nd batch, and it will be way past my birthday by then.

 

Middle of June means she might be here on my birthday, but I won't be at that address so I'll have to wait longer:/ Such a bummer because I don't know why some of the first orders went in the 2nd batch or why they are shipping so much later. But I'm excited to see everyone's Haru babies arrive! Will have waited over 6 months by the time she arrives....

 

I saw on Instagram that he was shipping today.

 

Funny I queried him on that as well as I did too and this is what he said in his email

"Sorry, It doesn’t care for shipping if who paid full or on layaway. It’s decided order number according to the date when the first payment is completed. Hope u understand our shipping policy which have been done."​

Frankly I don't understand that and I suspect he didn't really understand me either.

 

I must wait. I was hoping to get the Maji by early June. Today I learned that the shipment was postponed to mid-June, I am very sad.
I hope the middle of June is the deadline for sending the 2nd batch

 

He did say middle of June at the least, which I think means at the latest. I expect he's waiting on the 2nd batch of faceup heads from Bliss, then has packing and other orders to do in between.

I know that he sent her 32 heads to paint, and that despite ordering on the first day, I was order 33. I'm not sure how many dolls were preordered total, but the number includes Nanni/Adori/Geuru orders as well.

I plan on using the extra time to make sure she has clothes and everything ready when she gets here! ::: Such a long wait but it will be worth it.

Anyone that bought Maji thinking of getting E-Minor as well? I should not get another doll...but i'm really tempted too Anyway so excited to see all the Majis arrive to their homes, I think the best part will be seeing everyones different take on the same sculpt

I really wasn't planning to get E-Minor but those most recent pics are telling me I need her.... I cant afford her though Hopefully Haru does a second preorder for her next year!

 

My Maji isn't shipped yet but i am getting E-Minor as well! in some dark tan tone but i hope i will get my Maji before preorder comes so i will know that is quality good and do she poses well and so on..
