waist: 8 in
hips: 10.5 in

And for overkill, some other Arthur measurements based on what I've seen for other dolls on DoA:

height: 25 in
top of shoulder to waist: 5 in
arm length (wrist to shoulder joint): 8.25 in
waist to crotch: 4.5 in
knee to waist: 9.25 in
inseam: 12 in
waist to ankle: 15.5 in

wrist circumference: 2.75 in
around hand (to fit thru sleeves): 3.25 in
thigh circumference: 6.25 in
ankle circumference: 3.25 in
width of chest (armpit to armpit): 5.75 in
across back of shoulders: 4 in

foot length: 3 in

Sorry for the confusion -- these are Arthur's actual measurements. I saw your message the same day I received my doll! I measured him for wrist circumference, waist to ankle length, etc. because I'd seen folks give these types of stats for their dolls.
