Large Griffin in the green (Kanadoll Mars)

I recently bought my first prime lens for my cropped frame DSLR camera - 35mm/f1.8. This is my first photoshoot with it, and I'm quite pleased. Already getting small bokeh!















A curious passerby came to observe. Australian magpies are territorial and pretty bold - if I hadn't been so close by, this one probably would've walked right up to my doll. (I could see it wanted to do that!) Instead, it made a big circuit around us and inspected my bags before walking off.











Vallant is Kanadoll Mars on DF-H 65boy, with Volks SDGrB hands.

@CutieKitty I love taking outdoor shoots too. Vallant was quite cooperative for the most part!

@cobaltconduct I kinda wish I'd moved away, to see if the magpie would come all the way up to Vallant. XD It'd probably be a good idea to make friends with this magpie... if I take pics here during nesting season I don't want to be swooped/attacked!!
