20–39cm Dolls Granado Ninth 30cm

I received this tiny boy about a week ago, but I only now finished making him somewhat presentable, so have a slightly delayed box opening

I ordered him in... February, if I recall, on layaway with Legend Doll since at that time the Ninth sculpt wasn't available on Granado's website (it became available again basically the week after I finished paying my layaway...XD)


The box suffered... a LOT during shipping. I think it's the first time I have a box arrive to me in such a bad state. It was a little scary honestly.


Mummy boy! Thankfully, in spite of the box's state, he was completely fine. My only issue is that the head hook he came with was not fitting properly, meaning his head couldn't be kept on. I really worried I'd broken something, or lost a piece when I first removed the head to put in the eyes. But Granado also put in the box a little kit with a second set of hooks and elastics, and the second head hook did fit perfectly. Still, it was a little annoying...
(also, I didn't take pictures, but I am deeply amused by the box of dicks with which he can be adorned XD)

a better view of the face. He has a very, very small head, even compared to my other mature 1/6. I was worried about that, but so far it's not disturbing me too much.


And with a quickly put together look. I'm not happy with his face, and the clothes don't fit him quite right, but it'll do for now.
He's meant to be Lan Xichen from the Mo Dao Zu Shi/founder of demonic cultivation novel (adapted as The Untamed in a live series) and much to my immense amusement, he arrived on the birthday of my other fav character which I'm *also* shelling as a 1/6, after having done both of them as 1/4 already XD

All in all, I'm so happy with this doll. He's gorgeous, and poses well. The issue with his head hook was rather annoying, but got solved without too much trouble.
