Granado Mini Size Vinyl Heads

Hi, I start this thread to talk about mini size pic heads in 1/6th scale by Granado. I didn't se any information about them here so if they are off-topic of if there is already a thread for it, please let me know and I'll make some changes.

These heads are made in 1/6th scale and are adapted to fit some of Granado bodies, here is the link for more information, they provide some advice and comparison as well between resin and vinyl so it can always be good to know

I actually ordered a Bonnie head yesterday from LegendDoll after some talks with them to see if a makeup option (which they do now).
So I am super excited , I've always been a fan of the style of Granado and these new vinyl heads are perfect for me. Actually, I was searching for a head to go on an obitsu 26 body that was not too anime-like or too big in proportions, so I hope with this I found the right option.

So has anyone ordered one of these heads and what is your opinion on it ? Did you try them on a pvc or resin body ?

 

yes, I felt like it was not this popular for some reason, and fore sure they are not the cheapest, but I feel like they are quite different from heads we are used to in vinyl, less anime-like and much thinner, I actually ordered an extra blank-one second-hand, if I can I'll post some pictures when it arrives, I don't have many heads for comparison, but that might still come in handy

 

@Idoru I thought the same, these heads with open eye would be a dream, maybe you might open them yourself though if you buy a blank head (it's a risky business but maybe some professionals can do that)
I will definitely, I confirmed my purchase for the blank head yesterday, hopefully it arrives soon (I won't have much to compare it with except fashion dolls and one BJD, but I'll try to give some feedback on the size of the head, the material and the match with obitsu bodies ^^

 

Hi, update on my pictures of the mini size vinyl head :

Long story short : I ordered a vinyl head with makeup from legenddoll, the reason why I started this thread. By chance, I found a day later an offer for a blank head on secondary market in the EU. I thought it would be perfect to make some wigs, see the fit on an obitsu body as I planned and at the same time show you the pictures of what a mini vinyl head looks like. Unfortunately, I had misunderstood the blank head : I thought it was vinyl but it is resin, so I have no pictures to show you yet, sorry (the actual vinyl head from legenddoll should take 5-6 months to be sent so I'll show you the pictures then).

(I am very happy with the head I got though for everything I planned, but it's just not fit for this topic for now, so it will have to wait on my side)
