50–65cm Dolls Granado Jane unboxing (nude doll)

I purchased the Granado female Embody in tan resin on August 20, 2022 with all optional hands and one additional chest. With shipping, the total cost was USD $735.20. On December 10, 2022, Granado agreed to make a Jane head for me, and the price was USD $80 (no additional shipping, because I asked for the head and body to be shipped together). They warned me it would be an additional 50 days to make the head, which I was fine with. The doll arrived on January 11, 2023, and I received a shipping notice on January 15, 2023 (lol).
Apparently Crocus Lee signs every box?


I appreciate the lack of bubble wrap (less waste), and that Granado trusts the foam to do its job:

Granado Embody is designed for aesthetics and not so much for posability, even with double joints. The full knee bend:

Having said that, this body is very LIGHT for a one-third scale BJD - about half the weight of an Iplehouse or a Dika Doll body. It's very easy to move, hold, and pose.

She is gorgeous. None of my commentary is meant as criticism - my observations are strictly informational. Every large BJD is going to have quirks and trade-offs, due to the size of the dolls, the weight of the resin, and the limits of elastic.
I love this body, and the optional hands parts - dies. I am such a sucker for optional hands and feet.
