Granado 47cm Lucifer in tan

Hello again! This is the crowdfunded Lucifer doll by Granado in "tan" resin. Let's not dawdle - on to pics!

My preschooler wanted to know if there was something exciting in the box so he 'helped' initially.

annnddd we stand! fairly easily, although I keep wanting to twist his thigh joints and that is just not how they work.

He is, um, well, he can't help it if he's beautiful! Practicing for his calendar photoshoot, I suppose.

Issues: The magnets (both of them) fell out of the penis side of his 'at rest' bits immediately, and I opted not to confuse my preschooler with the others. Still need to glue those magnets back in. Other issues? He apparently had an air bubble right on his lower eyelid and it left a little pock. I think it'll be OK when I paint it. His stringing is super tight, but he isn't kicky at all which is nice.

Positive things: He wears regular girl MSD shoes! Here he is borrowing shoes from my blue fairy tiny fairy girl. He is also wearing one of her shirts, which is just a tad too tight in the shoulders and a tad too short in the sleeves. I made the shorts for her as well. Also, he fits very well in a wig I bought sized for Iplehouse FID girls, and the eyes I tried in him - Safrin 10mm with small pupil, are a great size. So happy that shoes, wigs, and such won't be terribly difficult

A little later I took photos of him in my light box. Here he is wearing MSD pants (no room for his man bits and slightly short, but hidden by the boots), a MSD tank top by Dollzone (I'm sure it helps that it's stretchy) and a backpack from Dollheart. He's like a GI Joe...or Fabio...GI Fabio...

In closing, I have no idea what I'm doing with this doll! My rugged ranger I had in mind is more like a firefighter calendar model! I don't know his name...maybe after his faceup it will become clear. @SteamWitch i can’t even handle this guy, my maturity just drops to zero! Lol. And
@toratsubasa thank you both for letting me know I’m not the only one with a magnet problem.

 

@JL_The_Lion its all temporary for now. After his faceup I’ll make a decision on his eye color and order him different eyes. I plan to make his wig and clothes.

@Barmy Bunny the tan is not darker in person. He certainly looks “tanned” next to most “normal skin” bjd, just not as dark as I thought he would be. The gal in this photo is a normal pink New dolls
