They are just too cute! I love seeing what they are up too. Thanks for keeping all of us in on the fun!
Thanks everyone! I just barely caught our beautiful snow before it vanished in a few hours! It was soo weird. Down in the single digits for a month, Finally some beautiful, fluffy, cold snow...then a blasting, 40 degree wind that zapped it all. What I wasn't able to show without ruining the punchline, daredevil Pook was rocking it side to side, giggling all the way. Next year: Luge! (Hmmm...Pooki in spandex....) DaisyLady: Thanks! It was a real challenge. There has to be some secret to photographing snow. I didn't really have time to mess with the options, because I knew the snow was going away and I had only a small window of time to get the story. I think it was a blessing in disguise to have it all in shade (the pond is on the north side of the house) but keeping the lens from fogging was interesting, too. But a 60 year old woman lying in the snow to get the angle on two little resin elfs had to be amusing someone somewhere!
What a mischievous little Pooki, he sure is lucky to have a responsible big brother like Wiishu around! Wiishu's narrative voice is so cute! Love them! Hope you are bundled up too in all that snow, burrr!
It was cold, but warming up fast. The COLD shoot was Wiishu's skating shoot, which I haven't actually put together yet. It was down in the teens and windy. Brrrr... I remember when I got my Christmas present, a frame with pix from the website announcing the "arrival" sometime after the first of the year, I wondered what the new little addition to the house hold w/b like. From the time he popped out of his box, he's led Wiishu (and me) a merry chase. Neither of us know what he's going to do next. I have SUCH fun with them.
Little Pooki is a little mischief for making is big brother worry! I really love see what the two of them get up to!
They are both adorable and get into the neatest and funniest situations. Thanks for sharing their adventures!
It's my pleasure! I'm glad you all enjoy them. When this book finally has an ending, I'm going to take a few days and start processing the backlog....and a new Christmas is on its way! ARGH.
This is too funny. I love your 'widdow' narrator. These are great pics - BJDs in action. Thanks for the giggles. -Am
