Does anybody know how often Glorydoll restocks their option parts? All their stuff is out of stock except for noel and noen......i just want to purchase a Lucy head...... I sent them a question and all they could say is that they are not selling right "now".
All the people intersted...I have been Q and Aing glorydoll like crazy. They said they would release something in the next few months.
It's unfortunately quite unpredictable! =__= Their shipping times are also somewhat unpredictable. I've bought from them before, but they're a very small studio, so they don't re-stock with any sort of regularity.
Glorydoll has mentioned about something with basic dolls for an event by the end of march. Hopefully they will keep their word.
Has anyone tried to order the basic doll and had problems? Has anyone had trouble reaching anyone from Glorydoll by email?
Oh yeah! The only basic doll left on 4/25 was Mitsuki, the boy. I put in an order that night. Next morning there was a "SOLD OUT" sign under Mitsuki. I panicked and sent email to GD customer care asking if I had got the last doll or if someone else beat me to it. Didn't hear that night so I registered and asked the same question via the Q&A board. Yesterday evening I noticed that the date of my inquiry was wrong on their board and that they had responded to a person inquiring the same day, but I did not get a response. Weird. And another weird thing was that I was assigned an order number, and when I checked it last night it read "incomplete order pending credit card". WTF? I had indicated on order that I would pay thru PayPal. That requires a seller's invoice to be sent to customer's email so payment can be made. Meanwhile, I did not receive an invoice for my order. How can I pay them without an invoice, huh? Huh? After reading in the GD Waiting Room this morning I got the feeling that these folks seem very quixotic in running their company and certainly do not know what customer service means. I have a feeling that Mitsuko was sold out BEFORE I ordered him and that they had neglected to put up a sold out sign and that they felt it wasn't necessary to respond to me, perhaps by their non-answer I should assume the doll was not available? And how about that pending payment? So, tired of waiting for an answer, I cancelled the damn order. To hell with them.
