General Critique Request

    1. Hi all,

      I just finished the first draft of my new doll, Amara. I have some ideas of what I want to change (namely the shape of the bottom of the feet and the way a few of the joints fit together), but I was wondering if anyone had any feedback on her in general? I went for a burly look, but that meant I had to stretch out and reshape the joints a bit to get them to work much (otherwise she collides with herself.)

      Basically, going into Draft 2, does anyone have any advice on what might work well for her?

    2. She's a totally cool sculpt with such a cute face! I like the overall proportions and her chubbiness.
      As for critique, depending on how much posability you want for her - have you checked her joints? Do you want her hip joint to go under her belly when she's leaning forward? It looks like she's wearing a shirt.

      One little thing: Of course, I am not an expert for fantasy races, but I'd still expect the belly button to be higher up. ;)

    3. Thank you for the tips! Something about the hip joint was bothering me but I couldn’t figure it out - I’ll adjust that, and the belly button too. :)
