GardenOfDolls Nabiya 43cm discussion part 1

Believe me PINK_ANGEL, you won't be disappointed. Nabiya is such a great doll for such a small price, her posing is really good and her little face is just too adorable. She is easily one of my favourite dolls (out of 18). Plus, she fits into all those cute Minifee clothes! The only thing I find hard to get for her is shoes. Her feet are very slim and most MSD shoes look kinda oversized (I really don't like that look). But with shoes specially for Minifees or Unoas (I think!), there doesn't seem to be a problem.
So glad to get other people interested in Nabiya!

 

Oh wow! That is exciting news. Sheila is one of the dolls I actually play with all the time, she is sitting on my desk right now. I love the feel of her body, and how graceful she is .

Hello Nabiya family ^^, I would like to introduce Io to the family! This is actually the baby little-reisuke rescued a few pages back,

Yes, that is the way it goes with all resin! I guess they are the same, it's cool they show up different in everyone's pictures.
I hardly touched her factory faceup, she is a great sculpt, very easy to paint.

 

I totally agree Stella....i dread faceups in general for various reasons, but i really enjoyed painting my girl..i had "fun" painting her

 

Which eyes and wig did you use? They are fabulous!! :-)

 

If you mean my girl Skylark OK2LA, the wig is my own (I make them), and the eyes are from CandyKitten, aren't they amazing? If you look above in Candy Kitten's post there is a link to her shop. She has beautiful eyes that fit these girls so well.
I custom dyed that color for her wig, I think it came out nicely. She looks amazing in every wig, I use her for a model a lot.
