Payment G&S or F&F for Clover Singing?

Christina is not your friend or family, I assume, so you should choose goods and services.

 

That's strange, normally I get a response from her within two days. I've always paid with goods and services though. I would steer clear if anyone ever asked me to pay friends and family since that means you get no buyers protection.

 

Understandable! I would send her an email telling her you made the payment just to make sure she's aware. She's been getting more popular over the years, while I've never had an issue with her it probably wouldn't hurt to let her know just to ensure things don't slip through the cracks.

 

I can't be certain of this, as I have not looked into it personally, but I once sent a payment via Paypal to a local shop (not doll related, but other artistic stuff) since their card reader was down and I didn't have cash but they used Paypal for online transactions and they asked that I do so via G&S because they had a business account and the F&F payments can end up flagging their account/looks bad on their account since its for business purposes and not personal accounting. Again, take it with a grain of salt because I haven't personally investigated if their wording was true but since then I have always sent payments to dealers/businesses via Goods and Services unless otherwise stated and I am comfortable doing so (I would never pay F&F for anything I shipped, but have done so for down payments that are non-refundable and items picked up in person to protect the seller from a dispute for lack of shipment).

 

Like the others have said, definitely G&S. I've bought from Christina numerous times and she usually has it set to G&S when she sends me an invoice but she does forget from time to time. It's understandable though as I think she basically runs Clover Singing on her own.

Also she did have some trouble with her PayPal account last year where it was flagged for suspicious payments... now, looking at errinreynolds' comment above, I'm wondering if it's because someone tried to send her payments via F&F...

As for emailing her, agreeing with the others that you should email her again if it's been a few days. She does usually reply within a day or two but it's possible that she might either not recieved it sonehow due to problems with her email or it's just been lost among all the emails she receives. You could also try contacting her on her Instagram, she does seem to reply quite quickly to comments left there.

 

She is very trustworthy, but you should still pay with G&S. You never know if something goes wrong, it's better to have some protection.
I ordered with her a lot, basically almost all my dolls come from her and I had no issues at all, but I would not pay with f&f, bjds are a lot of money and I prefer to be protected in my purchases.
And usually she asks for G&S anyway! So you should go with that. Or wait for her reply, she's usually pretty fast.
