Iplehouse black fur wig. Just styled for parting. A bit difficult to keep on doll's head.


Iplehouse Gold Brown fur wig. Butchered and styled by yours truly, me...........for a year. Sits like a dream on the doll's head.

Both are S sized, which means 7~8 inches for MSD. Iplehouse images are on a SD doll, hence the wig looks shorter. On a MSD, the strands are longer. Both are labeled as mohair, but it counts as a type of fur wig, no?

I can't believe I didn't find this thread earlier! I MAKE fur wigs!

Here are a couple of wigs made by me - miffimifster. I particularly liked these photos:





Both of these are made of Luxury Fun-Fur (that's what they're called at the Fabricland fabric-store). They are 100% synthetic fibre, very soft, brushable, and easy to style.

I used to think I didn't like fur wigs on dolls, and then I experimented in making one. I got hooked!

Now, I enjoy making them, selling them, and having my own dolls wear them.

this wig is for my minimee coming, but my woosoo october decided to try it on and it looked pretty good on him actually XD I got it from luts, I really love the colour

 

These are differents wigs by Sunny's Wonderful World. I love their wigs, but I have problems with the blue one (2 pics of it) to comb it for photographs (more than with the others). I mean, I look Dani and he's perfect, but when I look pics it's very different. Anyway, I love it too.

it was made kinda wierdly so i didn't really like it X__x

about your question regarding wig size...my doll's now wearing a wig which fit my old dollzone doll perfectly :]
buuut idk what size it is because i commissioned someone to make it for me XD
my benetia's head is pretty big...especially the forehead XD
I'd guess 7/8 would fit because that's the normal MSD size.
