How long does it take for From Switch Eng site to confirm PayPal payment? I have never ordered from them before. Thank you.

I last time I ordered directly from Switch was back in Dec 2019, but my PayPal payment was automatically confirmed as soon as I paid.

Maybe contact them through their 1:1 Care Service Center (the button is on the top right of their site) to see if they received your payment?
