Are DD dolls the same size as Smart Dolls? If they are Danny has some free patterns for smart dolls on his website.

 

Not quite. I'd advise some caution for the more close-fitting pieces.
But he does not offer any dress patterns at the moment. The closest is the school uniform pattern
