I've already left her feedback on her page, but I felt this was important enough to post here as well, as I was nearly in tears this morning after dealing with this negative experience. Here's what I posted: I entered into a binding contract here with Anna. The whole experience has been very sad, to say the least, when she took a month to make a second payment after I had already refunded her one of her payments. From that point, I had to send her an email stating she needed to make a payment, or I would relist my Luts Jamong for sale again. She then promised to make a large payment by October 30th, but sent me a message the next day to state that she lost her job and wanted a FULL REFUND of the amount she paid. I then apologized for her situation because I've been in a situation like that after losing my job a few years back, but reiterated that my terms were that the payments are all non-refundable. She kept insisting on a refund, for part of my doll, or to allow her time to sell her other doll first. I declined and relisted my doll and had another buyer send a down payment for the doll, and she got upset and opened a Paypal claim against me. I called Paypal, and they immediately closed the claim this morning. I will not sell anything to, or enter into any contracts with Czechmix, and I will advise to be VERY cautious if you do. The whole experience was iffy from the spot. She took a few days to send me a "down payment" to hold the doll, which made me feel as if she was selling other dolls just to get mine. She was good with her communication at first, but soon after she sent her next small payment on October 3rd, I refunded it, because she didn't include the amount for the fees. She asked for my PayPal address a few times, and the amounts that she owed towards the doll, but she never once sent that payment back. After waiting until October 17th, I then had to send her a message AND an email to urge her to make a payment by the end of that week, or I would be listing my doll back up for sale. She then responded that same day (after being so silent for that long), and stated she would be making a nice chunk of payment on the 30th. I let it slide, and awaited payment. The 30th came and left, and she didn't contact me until the next day with a sob story that she had just lost her job and wanted her money back, even though she knew I stated all payments were non-refundable. Over the course of our transaction, she KNEW I didn't want any doll trades, yet she kept offering dolls that I didn't want, or to have part of my doll. She then said she wanted a refund if my new buyer made her first payment. That really irked me the wrong way, but I remained calm and nice the entire time, explaining the conditions of my sales post. This is the last message I received that I woke up to: Czechmix, Today at 1:04 AM I understand the deposit not being refundable. But I would like the rest back please. Otherwise I will open a claim on paypal. Luckily, I'm covered by Paypal, so I called them immediately this morning, and they closed the claim. Because she entered into an agreement for partial payments, she was not covered. This whole ordeal has left a very bitter taste in my mouth, and I feel I have done nothing wrong. I have been patient and kind, yet I was forced to be a bit more harsh in the end to protect myself. And to get a slap to the face this morning by her filing a Paypal claim against me this morning, leaves me more angry and reluctant to do any business with anyone. This is my story, and I will say that anyone else wanting to do business with her should be very cautious. I say this for your sake.
I just had a friend send me a message on Facebook, and now she's lying and saying stuff about me on Facebook.
Soldier of Twilight basically stole my money on a technicallity. I was contacting her to negotiate how I could still pay and not default on my payments and she decided to sell the doll out from under me and keep my money for her other doll purchases. I would tread very very very carefully when doing transactions with this user.
Thank you for posting our conversations soldier. As it shows I'm not laying at all. Nothing I've said is untrue. And our conversation log backs it up.
I'm sorry, but I'm not sure if you're reading the same thing I am, but you didn't indicate on making a monetary payment until after I indicated I had promised it to another seller since you said you couldn't continue to make payments and asked for your money back. I did not steal your money on a technicality dear, you defaulted on payments, then demanded your payment back. And I actually did refund one payment to you because you didn't factor in the fees. Then, you go and post to tarnish my name on Facebook as if I wouldn't find out? Regardless of the situation, that is unnecessary and uncalled for. If you follow each message, it shows how you made one single payment, promised to make another payment after I never heard back for a while when I finally contacted you to give you a deadline, then you gave me a sob story that you lost your job and wanted your refund back the day AFTER you had stated you would make your payment. I will not continue to argue over this matter, and I will not continue to be trashed and hear you banter on about me. You entered into the contract fully knowing my requirements that payments were nonrefundable. What you have done is caused me nothing but grief, and I wasn't the only one, given your recent feedback. You can bash me all you want, but the community is not stupid nor ignorant, and should not be treated as such. You are only hurting yourself at this point, and I am truly sad for you.
And for you to accuse me of stealing your money to pay for my "other doll purchases," who are you to assume that is what I am doing with the sales of my dolls? For one, I am selling my dolls in order to pay for other things in my life. If I didn't need to do that, I wouldn't be selling my dolls to begin with. And, I even if that were the case, I can do as I please with the money I make from the sales of my dolls. I'm sorry you can't read or understand rules of a sale, but I don't think it's any of your business what I do with my sales, and I don't recall there ever being some sort of rules or laws about not being able to use the money from my sales in a certain time frame. Once you relinquished that money to me, you entered into our contract. You, and you alone, demanded your money back instead of asking if we could work something out first. The second time, you just asked if you could trade dolls. My post clearly stated no trades, and you kept trying to push on a trade several times. You even asked if you could have part of my doll, but you knew I wasn't willing to part her out unless I had buyers for all parts, which was also clearly stated in my post. And to be very clear, I did not sell the doll out from under your feet. Only when you sent me the message demanding your money back, did I relist my doll up and had the other buyer contact me. I think, perhaps, you need to clearly read through our messages again, and try to understand what is going on, because I feel as if you're misunderstanding a lot.
You want to start a war with me? You just got it. I hope you know what a legally binding contract is, because once I win this new dispute you opened against me for your card, I will be suing you. You wanted a fight, you'll get one.
I'm not engaging this discussion further. I've done what was within my legal rights to protect myself.
If the doa mod team or anyone else has a problem with that then I am fine with it. I find this wholly to be the result of selfishness, and immaturity. On your part. I'm not in control of of you'd like to "start a war" but I will not engage in any such foolishness on my part. Hence forth I willingly withdraw myself entirely from this forum. I will finish open transactions I have going with people. Lovely people who deserve my time
I appreciateyou taking the time to response to this thread, however moot any further points may be, and of course, how concerned you are with my mailing affairs. In the same respect, please be careful with your future transactions and anyone tricked into dealing with you on DoA or otherwise. I understand your above post, I'm glad you cleared that up for me, though as you basically posted the same reply in your other active problem transaction, so I'm not sure it was necessary here. I'm thrilled this is over on both our parts, I'm sure that's something we can both relate on. But, as a word of warning, please remember this: This is a tight knit community. This is not your only scamming attempt on DoA. And the 2 problem threads you having here is only adding to the complaint list and Bad Dolly Deals for Anna Chandler/Czechmix/Resinbunny. You may be "done" on here, but I hope that doesn't mean you'll continue you scams on facebook as you have been. You may think you've won by moving to another fourm, but we are a group of people who will do anything we can to watch the backs of fellow members here.
And to add... Spectrum-the-rainbat. A half hearted apology on Tumblr does do anything, or resolve anything, especially when you still think you're in the right, and the credit card dispute is still on going.
