Ordering Following up on Clover Singing order w/o account

    1. I preordered a head at the end of July but due to some weirdness with my internet (my building's network flagged Clover Singing as a malware site and wouldn't let me fill any forms on it) I wasn't able to create an account. Payment happened through Paypal so I was still able to complete the order.

      Do you think Christina would still be able to find my order info if all I have is the order number and Paypal invoice?

    2. I've directly emailed Christina for a head order before making an account. Send Christina an email with your order and payment info. It's definitely traceable especially with PayPal. Christina should be able to track it. In my case I ordered a head in February, and I've reached out every few months asking for a status update.

    3. Seconding that she should be able to trace your order as long as you have your order number and Paypal invoice.

      Though I doubt your head is ready yet since it's only been a month...

Oh I just wanted to double check that they got the correct info on the skintone I wanted to order (I wrote it down as a note on Paypal) The lack of account means I can’t check the order info itself. Maybe it’s a little neurotic but there’s a lot of money and waiting time at stake :...(

    5. As long as you have your order number she should be able to find it.
      I occasionally ask for estimates on orders if they are overdue or I’m about to be unavailable during delivery time so I can plan/make arrangements :)

    6. I've bought a lot of items from Christina just through emails with her. I ask her to find things on Taobao for me and she sends me a Paypal request. She is very good at keeping track of all my orders. I actually don't use the website to track stuff since I put so many off hand requests to her.

    7. Same! I’ve sent Christina direct links to items and have done everything via email. I would shoot them an email to verify your order request just in case
