Shopping Flower and Junior disappeared after taking my order?

    1. I placed an order from flower and Junior’s website a month ago and paid, got a confirmation email and everything... went to check their website again just now and it seems to be gone. What should I do? Did they take my money and run? Is something else going on? I don’t have a way of contacting them since their contact info was on their website which is now gone. Thanks for any help! ^^
       
    2. They appear to be on Facebook. So maybe you can contact them there for reassurance about your order. Best of luck!

    3. Their Facebook doesn't seem to have been updated since 2018...

      Did you pay with PayPal? If so, you could try contacting them through it or at least start the refund process.

    4. Thanks everyone! I opened a paypal case about it. Was hoping to still receive what I ordered but since they haven’t responded to my message I’ll at least try to get my money back

    5. I wonder if the company is still operating but maybe they lost their English translator or something?
      Where did you message them and how much time has passed since then?
       
    6. From what I can tell, Small is the one who handles everything. I think she may get some help like using a casting company, but I was under the impression she does the sculpting, website, CS, etc.

      I was able to contact her on Instagram in the past when I ordered, but the responses were slower since Instagram wasn't easy for her to access in China. I used her website to order, and I didn't get much communication after the order was placed. The package just randomly showed up, and I had no idea what it was until I opened it.

      There was a big holiday the first week in October that was for about a week, so that would add to the delay. I don't think she took your money and run, but I agree that the lack of responses is frustrating. Definitely do what's best for you! Hopefully they will respond to the PayPal claim.

    7. So I filled a PayPal claim and waited for their response, nothing. So I escalated it and then like two hours later a get an email from them! Seems they have trouble logging into the site and it’s hard for them to use. They have only one of the dolls I wanted available. Now I’m trying to figure out what to do with the PayPal claim since they said they’d refund the one they don’t have and send the one they do. The trouble is they haven’t responded via PayPal about the claim I filed so now I’m just kinda lost about how to handle this...

    8. @Karabee if it were me, I'd wait until they sent me the doll and refunded the other one, then dismiss the claim. I think if you dismiss the claim now, if things don't work out you won't be able to open another one.

    9. If I were in your situation, I would ask for a refund in the PayPal claim but note that you'd like to place another order for the in-stock item. As a seller, I would not agree to shipping out product if there was an open claim against me due to less honest buyers, but at the same time, as a buyer, you don't want to close out the claim because you cannot re-open another one. The easiest way to handle this is to get a refund and resubmit the order.

      If they're willing to still send out the product without asking you to close the claim, it should be okay. They're just more trusting than I am lol! Either way, good luck!
