First time sculpting using Zbrush

Hi I'm using a sculpting program for the first time, honestly it's only my second attempt at a bjd if I'm being honest and the first one is still being worked on as we speak, I want to know how I can improve the head as that is what I'm working on right now, if there are any tutorials I can watch online/or if there is any practical advice you all can give me? Right now she's in really rough shape obviously... and I really hope to improve, I think her nose is okay, but I'm pretty sure both eyes and lips need a lot of work!
