First, second and third attempt at bjd resin eyes. These are so fun to make! I want to try other colours too, I might just make a whole bunch and sell some.
I love seeing the quick skill increase in the three of these. The colors are nice and bold and would stand out even in a more shadowy head. Keep up the good work!
No kidding. Do you bake the clay? I assume it's not air dry. If you do bake it - it doesn't affect the resin? I ask because we have a 3D SLA resin printer (the liquid goo/base bops up and down kind). We tried printing hands in clear resin, and they turned brown during the curing process.
Awesome job. I've been meaning to dabble in this part of the hobby, but haven't gotten there yet. Have the tools and molds, and that's as far as I got XD
I haven't baked the clay, it seems to bond with the resin fine since its polymer based. I'm using UV resin rather than epoxy.
