I have been lucky enough to have met Rkold through mutual friends and on DOA. She is an absolute love and does everything imaginable to help people get their dream dolls. She went to terrible trouble to order a doll for me through Volks when she was in Japan, even though she is expecting her first baby. It wasn't the simple process we had assumed it would be, but she kept at it until the order was in. Such kindness to someone she didn't even really know shows her character clearly.

And I also bought one of the Yos from her personal collection. Again, she was prompt and wonderful in every way.

I am deeply grateful to Rkold and always will be.

 

Rkold was kind enough to gift me several copies of Volks news and Dollpa papers Her pms were very friendly and I look forward to any future interactions with her.

She managed to ship the doll out very quickly despite being in a situation where getting out to ship things is difficult.
