Hellsing365 did a great job sueding/blushing/manicuring two of my dolls! I was really concerned about the Unoa, but she did an amazing job of restringing her also! Wonderful sueding work - it's so nice to have dolls that can stand on their own.

 

Hellsing did my DD Dollmore Model girl Montana's body. She blushed her, gave her a natural manicure and pedicure and also sueded and restrung her as she was floppy and wouldn't hold a pose let alone stand. Now she is perfect and DD is thrilled. Great job, service and always kept me informed of process. Would have her do bodies for me as well, maybe in fall send her Eddie's body for some work.

 

Hellsing participated in DD & my Dollmore order so we could spend less of own money and get the free shipping. She was great about the wait since DD was ordering a blank doll, and she paid fast and was a sweetheart to do her part. MK

She was kind enough to put Ayumu on hold for me for one week due to personal reasons that I had and also help me make last-minute changes for stuff like my address and such... Also, to add on to my previous feedback (as I left something out), the Ayumu came neatly packed and had lots of bubblewrap to keep him safe... Everything that was said to be included when I bought Ayumu were all neatly and nicely packed in ziplock bags... A very cautious and meticulous seller~

 

Wow, Hellsing365 is just super! She sueded, restrung, blushed, and manicured my AE Yara/DS hybrid. Her prices were very reasonable (made it worth shipping to the states, even with the current crappy exchange rate!), and she's an absolute wonder when it comes to communication.

I am very pleased with the work that was done, and she was such a pleasure to deal with that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone! When I get my next doll, he/she will be taking a trip to meet her

hellsing365 was an absolute joy to work with.
i commissioned her to blush, sand, sued, wire, and do a faceup on my girl.
her prices are great, and my girls blushing looks fantastic.
instead of trying to get more money she told me honestly that my girl didnt need wiring,
and she now poses better then i ever thought she could with just the sueding.
(and my girl has two different length legs, so thats saying something)
he faceup looks FANTASTIC. my girl had the default faceup,
and hellsing365's looks SO much better.
my girl has an open mouth, which is very hard to work with,
but she looks so pretty now despite how hard it is.
her lips are nice and soft and just as detailed as the default faceup,
but with much prettier colors. i never thought my girl could look so pretty.
i described what i wanted and she got it exactly.
she was fine working with me even though im in Europe, and
we talked and she kept me informed with the whole process taking
pictures as she went to make sure i liked everything.
and she wrapped my girl up very nice to make sure nothing was damaged shipping back.
i actually made quite a good friend just talking to her, shes so sweet.
she even sold me some msc, which i cant find over here!
shes wonderful, her faceups and blushing is great,
my girl poses wonderfully, and if you ask me shes selling herself short with her prices.
she really is great to work with.
ill personally be pimping her shop to everyone i know who needs any work with there dolls.

I bought a bunch of doll stands from Hellsing365. She was a pleasure to do business with and even helped me pick out the correct sizes. She shipped super quickly (even tho her local post office had to close because of a fire), and the stands arrived in perfect (brand-new) condition.

As I can see now, I didn't leave feedback--I bought an Angell-Studio Gus head from Hellsing, and she was fantastic to work with, a great seller, packed him wonderfully and sent him right out, even managing to put up with my difficulty to complete my end of the trade. All was resolved, and I still have nothing but fantastic things to say about Hellsing, and i hope to work with her (and more promptly on my part!) in the future!

I consider myself lucky to have found Hellsing365. She's amazing to work with; fast, efficient, honest and trustworthy. Not only that, she's friendly and fun to talk to. I got her involved in a bit of a complicated setup: I bought a doll from someone in America that I wanted to give to a friend in the Philippines. The problem was this doll needed to have some work done to it and I thought I'd save time and money by sending it to a customizer in America instead of England where I live. I know it was very risky. I took a major gamble and I got lucky for having found Hellsing365.

In less than a week she accomplished the following:
hot-glue sueding
restringing
wiring
lip repainting
wig and silicone cap modifications
doll cleaning
shopping for a box and other packaging materials
among other things

She gave me honest comments about the state of the doll and the accessories and I really thank her for that because the doll is supposed to be a gift and yet I wasn't there to personally assess it. Hellsing365 always did more than I asked for which I appreciate tremendously; e.g. I asked for "one or two" pictures of the doll and the accessories before sealing the box and she gave me a series of "box closing" photos which made me smile. When I bought accessories for the doll she immediately took photos of them when they arrived and I really appreciated it. She also thought of things that I forgot such as blacking out the price tags of the accessories (since it's a present).

My friend in the Philippines received the doll and she's very, very happy (she told me she was crying out of happiness---she's very emotional). I was surprised because Hellsing365 left her a note that said to tell me I'm awesome. That was really sweet of her! I think Hellsing365 is awesome too and I'm so glad I found her here on DoA! She'd make a perfect group order leader if she wanted to.
