Purchased a Luts ZuZu Delf Aramis from this seller, communication was prompt, friendly, and accurate. Doll arrived late due to Covid, but was well packaged & came with a few extras. Everything was packed with care, though the magnet for the right ear was fallen out, it's a simple fix with glue~ Otherwise, doll arrived as described.
