I bought Doll Chateau Christina head from Tanush/Tatiana via IG. It was a very smooth transaction with clear communication on the pricing, payments form etc. I also received set of photos prior to making a decision and Tatiana offered to make more in different lightning etc. - super helpful.

There was a slight delay in shipping due to an external circumstances and Tatiana was in touch to let me know when I can expect my doll to arrive. Once it was possible for her to send the parcel, she ensured it would be shipped fast and I got a little surprise in the package as well. Head was securely packaged, and exactly as in the listing ❤️

I'd definitely would like to work with her again - it was my first doll transation and a wonderful experience. I'm really glad I could adopt Christina - she's my grail after all
