They responded to my original message very quickly and maintained great communication throughout the process. Saphira adopted my Batchix Machina, and it was such a wonderful transaction! They were so responsive and delightful to communicate with, completed their layaway early, and sent me confirmation of Machina's safe arrival (including a pic). It was a difficult decision to let my Machina go, but made so much easier thanks to the experience with Saphira!

@Saphira bought a Nanuri 14 from me and the transaction was absolutely lovely. I had made a mistake with shipping that caused two boxes to get mixed up (and a few sleepless nights). They were SO patient and SO understanding and kind through the process. I was shocked at how deeply kind they were being, helping me ship some items around and being willing to print a label and drop a package off as well.
